Who we are

Realms of Ink is operated by Chelsea Lawhead, an individual seller based in the United States ("we", "us"). By purchasing from or using this website, you are entering into an agreement with Chelsea Lawhead. Contact: chelsealawhead88@gmail.com.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use this website and its downloads, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The product

We sell digital adult coloring books: Realms of Ink (fantasy), Cryptid Color (humorous cryptids), and Fault Lines (symbolic natural disasters, human-made disasters, and psychological warfare without gore). Books are sold individually and delivered as downloadable and printable files through your account library. The $14.99 bundle includes only Cryptid Color and Realms of Ink; Fault Lines is sold separately for $7.99. The $20 complete collection includes all three current books: Cryptid Color, Realms of Ink, and Fault Lines.

Your account

You must be of legal age to make a purchase, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Licence and restrictions

On purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print the pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or sell printed or digital copies of the pages, or use them in commercial products.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing our or anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security (such as introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the site or files).

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the website, the illustrations, the books, and the Cryptid Color, Realms of Ink, and Fault Lines branding.

Payments, billing and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal; Chelsea Lawhead is the seller of every book. Billing questions are handled through PayPal, and you can also reach us at chelsealawhead88@gmail.com. Because our books are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
