Our coloring books are digital downloads delivered instantly after checkout, and once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on Cryptid Color, Realms of Ink, Fault Lines, or the bundle. Please read this policy and try the free sample before you buy.

Try before you buy

You can preview every page of all three books in the gallery, and download a free 3-page Realms of Ink sample from the home page, so you know exactly what you're getting before paying.

If something goes wrong

If your download is broken, you can't access a book you paid for, or you were charged twice, email chelsealawhead88@gmail.com and we'll fix it — re-sending files, restoring library access, or correcting a duplicate charge.

Payment disputes

Payments are processed by PayPal. Billing questions and payment disputes are handled through PayPal's dispute process, and you can also reach us at chelsealawhead88@gmail.com. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
